At first I was concerned because this was a company that we had to use due to us going through our home warranty for repairs. But, they were great. Our technician, John, called us first thing on the day we were scheduled for repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Within an hour, our air was fixed and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Tica to others
We had a horrible experience with another Company for over a year on a brand new unit. After our new ac unit went out on July 3rd we decided we were done messing with the other Company and my husband called Tica. They came out the same day told us what we needed, called with our quote and was out installing our new units the following week. Professional from start to finish. Highly recommend Tica and will continue doing business with them.
Woke up this morning with temp -15 and wind chill -32 outside and no heat in house. Inside temp was 40 degrees.. TICA came out and fixed my furnace within a couple of hours. Matt, the repairman, is my hero! Highly recommend!

Our a/c went out yesterday evening. We spent a hot, sticky night in our house and called TICA first thing this morning. It’s not even 10:00 am, and they’ve already been here and fixed the problem for under $90. Very impressed!

And Larry came out and did an overview of our heat and AC. We ended up replacing ac unit outside, coil and new furnace. The price was fair and they came out to install sooner than we expected. The install on everything was top notch and really clean work I just couldn’t believe how clean everything was.

We had a seasonal furnace inspection, Matt the furnace technician did a wonderful job! He noticed when we turned the furnace on there was a problem. We had smoke coming from the bottom of the flue. Matt found a large birds nest in the chimney cap and flue. Thank you Matt for saving the house and potentially a live. Mary Ann Montgomery and Michele Montgomery.

After an awful install by a different company, Tica came out and fixed everything with excellent customer service. My husband and I will only be using Tica for future heating and cooling needs.
When our AC stopped a week ago we decided a new one and new furnace was best for us and the price of our home when we sell it. We reached out for estimates and TICA sends an absolute professional. The estimate we received blew all the competition out of the water. Carl and Charlie come out for the install and they are still working after closing hours because Carl is teaching Charlie how to ensure the furnace work looks crisp and clean. Nothing but impressed with TICA.
